Materials:
      4 pre-cast concrete blocks with metal straps already attached
     4 12' 2 X 6 planks
     2 x 6 planks for treads as needed
     Construction adhesive
     Silicone caulk
     Galvanized carriage bolts
     Nuts and washers
     3" rust resistant deck screws
     Wood preservative
     Pre-cut posts
     2 x 4s for handrails
