      Utility Knife
      Thin Putty Knife
      Prybar
      Pliers
      Level
      Caulk Gun
      Square
      Shims
      Screws
      Nail Gun (or Hammer) and Nails
      Caulk Gun
      Ladder

Materials:
     Silicone Sealant
     Aluminum Weatherproofing Tape
     Window Insulating Foam
     Foam Backer Rod
     Silicone Caulk
     A Lubricant and Release Liquid (like Caulk-Mate)
