5. Flooring:
- Before Ron was able to call the garage project complete, there was one thing remaining he thought the Lanes might like. Like a lot of folks, the Lanes had some pretty ugly oil stains on the floor and Ron had a great solution.

- Ron suggested a poly vinyl floor covering that required no adhesive. This floor covering was resistant to just about everything from oil to antifreeze to salt and it was ridged so that dirt could simply be hosed or swept through the grooves and right out of the garage.

- After they unrolled the vinyl, Scott used a broom to push out any air bubbles starting in the middle and working toward the edges. The new flooring was the final touch in a very successful garage makeover and Scott drove his prized Corvette into its new, rather deluxe accommodations.

RESULTS:
The new garage system made quite a significant difference in the Lane's garage. Although Ron didn't get a chance to drive Scott's prized Corvette, he did remark that he thought this garage makeover was as slick as a sports car and just about as fast. They completed the whole project in a single day! |
