How to Use Oxygen Cleaners for Outdoor Surfaces

Concentrated oxygen powered cleaners, like this one, remove dirt, mildew, algae and fungus.   They are chlorine-free and biodegradable.

This cleaner, WaterSeal® Oxy Foaming Action Exterior Multi-Surface Cleaner from Thompson's comes in a concentrated powder form Add it to hot water, the hotter the better Stir thoroughly.
     
Pour the liquid cleaner into a clean garden sprayer Pump up the pressure. First, wet the surface with a garden hose and spray nozzle
     
Apply the cleaner. Wait a few minutes, then give the surface a light scrubbing Heavy scubbing is not necessary, just agitate the cleaner to loosen surface dirt.
     
Wait a few more minutes and rinse. You can see the dirt stream off Oxygen powered cleaners also work well on unpainted wood. They can both clean and brighen Fiberglass surfaces like this bulkhead door also clean up nicely.
