Chalk line
Electronic stud finder

Power table saw
Power miter box

Combination pilot hole and countersink bit
Countersink bit
2 ½ x #10 flat head phillips screws
2 - 2 ½ " finish nails
Low tack painters tape or masking tape
Wood glue
Materials:
1 x 4 Lumber for mounting strip (match wood for railing piece)
Railing piece
Wood stain
Polyurethane
Wooden plugs to match rail
