      Eye Protection
      2-lb. Sledgehammer
      Chisel
      Prybar
      Battery-powered circular saw
      Measuring tape
      Permanent black marker
      Wood punch
      Hammer drill (w. carbide tip masonry drill bit)
      Shop vacuum
      Silicone sealant (w. caulking gun)
      Assorted screwdrivers
      And either one of the following:
     Reciprocating saw (w. metal-cutting blade)
     4.5" grinder

Materials:
      New basement bulkhead frame
     New basement doors
     Plastic anchors
     Screws
     Gas cylinder
