Hey thanks Ron!!! My wife and I are expecting and I've always wanted to make a cradle for her and the little one on the way. Well I just finished it today. I have never built anything like this before in my life, so it's not perfect like yours but I did it none the less and with out detailed plans. My wife loves it. I plan on trying out more woodworking for the future. Maybe a changing table/dresser, or if I have a daughter I better make me a gun cabinet... haha. Very nice... I have built such a model adapted to metric matress dimensions available here in France (80 x 40 cm), and wood thickness (18mm instead of 1 inch, 25.4 mm)) My daughter wanted a cradlle that could be also dismounted, so I have modified the mouting system (no glue...), and added some easy to find hardware. I started from the general look that I liked very much and made the plans with Autocad (2D) and solidworks (3D) (I wasn't able to read the dimensions from your movie !!!) A paper copy can be obtained if you send me an email at atena-ps@wanadoo.fr, also I can send pictures and 3D model. Thank you again, RON Philippe
