On Jan 31st I sent in an email for the 3rd time asking for plans. Never got an answer. Guess they must be mad at me I no longer recieve the monthly newsletter. I did not ask to have it stopped? Emily, Are you kidding me? We are working on getting the plans out, when, in a year? I don't believe they have any intention to do so. Look at all the requests for plans. Terrible customer service, am soured by the lack of replies. Sam April 4th Thank you sir, I took your advise and built the potting bench at the website you shared. New at this, had some questions. They replied to me with an answer in a fair amount of time. Just need to sand it down and stain it and I am done. My wife loves the design. Again thank you Sam. Ron, If you can't run a web site any better than this - do not put in plans that you are not willing to answer questions on. Just stick with your ideas and tips, they are very good.

Ron: Thanks for your idea about building a Potting Table. I have taken your design and made a Potting Table for my Neighbor using a lot of your ideas. She has been very helpful to me in planning and planting my flower beds around my home. So I returned the favor with a Potting Table. Hello Ron: Like the potting bench. I would like to build it for my wonderful neighbor next door that does all of our planting around the yard at least two or three times a year. This potting bench will help her prepare her plants for planting while standing in an upright position without unnecessary bending at her age. If he doesn't provide you plans just stop the video for the cutting list and jot it down for yourself. Thats what i did! I went a got all the lumber, cut it, and built it while watching the video over and over to follow his steps. You don't need plans the cutting list is simple to fallow and it had everything i needed. My bench worked out exactly the same plus i added a little of my own touches i added some hooks to the middle shelf for hanging garden tools. AND WALLA! DONE! SARAH FROM CALIFORNIA! :)

GARDEN POTTING BENCH All the comments ask for plans to build this. I also have sent at least 3 requests last fall for the plans. What good is it to show products and not be able to supply plans with sizes and lengths of wood needed for the project? Have you answered the people above? Is it too much to ask that someone respond to me? I am zero for three attempts.? Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Hope to hear from you!

When checking your cut list I'm wondering why you list 12 @ 1' - 9" and 12 @ 7 1/2 ". It seems to me that you only use 6 of each of those lenghts.
