How to Build an Iguana Cage

this is a great cage for ONE iguana to go outside for getting sun for a couple of hours a day. It is NOT good for an adult iguana (5 to 6 foot) to live in. Iguanas need special lighting (uvb & uva) high temp 95 with a low temp side 75. This can not happen in an open cage.

I just built the iguana cage with my dad. It took one whole day (Father's Day). Jojo loves it. I totally recommend it to any iguana owner.

Hi i am 11 years old i am going to build an iguanna cage like that ( with my dad ) for my i guanna, Jojo. I had her ever since she was as small as my finger, but now she is longer than my arm, and has out grown her cage.

That is pretty cool how you did that. I was often thought of building a round cage using some old cable reels but I don't know how I would make a door on it.

It is very nice looking, but absolutely too small for even one Iguana. Do you know how big they grow? If you have an Iguana or are considering one as a pet, please research this.

That cage is far to small fora single adult iguana. The cage should be at least 6x4x4 and each iguana would need its own. Thats a lot of floor space for 5 adult iguanAs. They shouldn't of used for the. PVC. Coated wire for the top or a side as the heat lamps the iguana. Needs would melt the. Coating. Bet they just saw them in the pet shop for like $15 each and thought they looked cool
