how do i measure doors..have brick stair well with brick trim on top ..how much do these light weight doors cost ,...order time..instulation..live in wash. state..will the material sweat like the plastic sheds do:: what about mold and critters trying to get in..raccoons here

I can attest to the dangers of steel doors; I have a 140 year old house with very steep basement steps. My 4 year old daughter was going backwards down them and hit the release latch. The door slammed down across her back and gave her a 6" long gash! It was horrible. I know what I'm doing this weekend now!

plastic bulkhead looks great and installation instructions seem easy, but I need someone to deliver and install same. I live on cape cod. do you have any installers I can contact? Dick
