Thank you so much for this video. I've been searching high and low on how to complete this same exact task. Well the only difference is that my unit is a microwave range, but it's still very much the same procedure.

I need to replace my range hood with a new one. I like the Broan model. Is it an easy task or should I call an electrician?

I would like to know if its possible to replace the motor on a range hood without removing the entire unit from the cabinet. It is a broan and I have already ordered the replacement part I need, just can't figure out how to remove the plastic fan blade. Can this be removed without taking entire unit down? Any info or advice I could get on this matter would be greatly be appreciated. Thanks again Bill
