Ron doesn't show it, but I'm sure that a piece of the shower unit gets attached that covers all the pipe connections and holes. If you look at a picture of the final product and how it looks while Ron it working on it, you will see what I'm referring to.

Ron, could you have used PEX tubing instead of the copper. I've seen professional plumbers use PEX to install a shower for a bathroom remodel.

Thanks Ron, Last summer all we had was an old tub. My wife like to sit in a tub but I like a shower better. So we put in a new tub with a shower. It took me 3 days but it was worth it. Not as fancy as your here but we like it.
