How to Make a Dowel Organizer

Ron offers a great tip for storing dowels and short pieces of small molding using different lengths of ordinary plastic downspouts.

Ron used the downspout brackets to attach the downspouts to the wall -these could also be attached to a workbench

For the shorter sections, Ron cut a small wooden block to plug right into the end.

Now, there's no excuse for not finding exactly the right piece of material when you need it.
