How to Keep Wood Center from Falling When Cutting an Opening

As soon as this cut is completed the whole panel is going to drop out, which will cause splintering and alot of noise.  Neither of which anyone wants.

To prevent this from happening, simply take a couple of blocks of scrap wood and nail them to the inside panel.

Now, when the cut is finished the panel doesn't fall through, it rests on top until you lift it out.  No splintering and no loud noise.
