Not All Sheet Metal Shears or Snips are Created Equal

Sheet metal is somewhat of an art, but it's also important to have the right tools. Three different pairs of snips, for example, look the same but have distinctly different purposes.

One pair is intended for making straight cuts, another pair is made for right hand curves, and finally, yet another pair is designed for cutting left curves. The handles are often consistently color coded so you can quickly grab the tool you need.

The point is, when it comes to cutting sheet metal, not all snips are created equal.
