How to Keep a Paint Can Lid from Sticking

Are you tired of trying to pry off paint can lids that are stuck on with dried paint? Ron offered this great suggestion to try before you close that can.

First, Ron cleaned off any standing paint in the can's rim.

Next, he took a piece of plastic food wrap and laid it over the top of the can.

Then he simply hammered the lid firmly into place. When it comes time to use the paint again, that lid will pop right off.
