How to Install a Composite Railing on a Porch or Deck

I wish you lived near me! I had my only 4 year old front porch replaced and extended out a foot with non-wood and the "builder" put the same front railing back on but didn't attach it to the house, just the hand rail. While reaching over to check on my Christmas lights the railing broke off! I am going to try to replace it myself, I am a 2nd grade teacher. I think I can do it following your directions. Except for the sawing part. Should I try?

We do not have front stairs and we have a concrete porch...no wood base. Also, we have shutters that are lower t han the railings would be. How would we install the railings if the shutters are in the way?

how long did you cut the rails, to allow for the end rail plastic pieces. Would you have to cut the rails for the steps on an angle

Are there different colors available? I need off white to match my windows and storm doors. Also, I have a concrete foundation and would need a different approach.
