GREAT video! I replaced the flush and flapper valves (took the tank off and everything) b/c I had a slow leak from the tank to the bowl. You are right...every 20 minutes or so, that annoying sound. However...after finishing the replacement...I'm STILL getting a slow leak from the tank into the bowl! I'm pretty frustrated and have no clue what it could be. Any ideas?

Lately, when we flush the commode, the flap takes a long time to reset, allowing all water to go thru the flushing cycle. The water in the bowl. The water in the bowl will exit 3-or-4 times before the flap resets. I've tried putting in a new flap but it does the same. Air seems to be coming up from the drain, holding the flap up. I've never noticed that before, but maybe its' normal. Any idea what the problem is?

Good morning!! Isn't there a way to just clean the flapper seal? I have already replaced everything else. Maybe CLR or a brush? Terry

We replaced the tank parts, and have a seep between toilet and floor and with the water off the tank continues to fill over a short time after flushing. How does the tank fill? Thank you, Doug
